Producing Daniel Hernández Chiroso Washed Coffee
Variety: Chiroso
Process: Washed
Daniel Hernández’s coffee process begins with careful cultivation on his family farm in Urrao. After harvesting, he meticulously processes the beans to ensure the highest quality. The coffee cherries undergo selective picking, followed by a careful fermentation process to enhance flavor.
Once depulped, the beans are washed and dried under controlled conditions to preserve their unique characteristics. Throughout every step, Daniel monitors the beans closely to ensure that each one reaches its full potential. The result is the rich, caramel and milk chocolate notes that define his Chiroso coffee.
